Workstation maintenance

Our first level system administrators install and configure workstations, operating systems and applications. They prepare each workstation for the internal network and the internet, with protection against viruses and worms that could otherwise cause information loss or leakage.

In a well designed IT infrastructure every element must be ready to detect such software and to render it harmless.

There are highly effective anti-spam solutions as well: collaborative filters, self-learning filters, and rule and scoring based filtering, which can have a dramatic effect.
